Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Applies to subscriptions purchased directly from Celik Labs, Inc.
Subscriptions
- Monthly: Charges at the start of each billing period. Cancel anytime; access continues to period end.
- Refunds: 7-day goodwill refund on your first subscription charge; later charges are non-refundable except for service defects or legal requirements.
- Annual (if offered): 14-day goodwill refund from the initial charge; no pro-rata refunds afterward.
